PGA2350

PGA2350

The PGA2350 is a minimal but powerful RP2350B breakout board in a compact Pin Grid Array format. Designed for embedded projects where space is limited, it packs the maximum number of GPIO pins into a tiny 25.4mm square footprint.

No LEDs, buttons, or USB connector – just the essentials: crystal, regulator, 16MB flash, and 8MB PSRAM. Connect your own USB breakout to program it, giving you complete flexibility for custom integrations.

Key Features

  • RP2350B Chip – Dual ARM Cortex M33 at up to 150MHz with 520KB SRAM
  • 48 GPIO Pins – 18 more than Raspberry Pi Pico, 8 with ADC
  • 16MB Flash – QSPI with execute-in-place (XiP)
  • 8MB PSRAM – For memory-intensive applications
  • Compact Format – 25.4 × 25.4 mm Pin Grid Array
  • Flexible Power – 3V–5.5V input on VB pin

Specifications

  • Processor: RP2350B (Dual Cortex M33 @ 150MHz)
  • SRAM: 520KB
  • Flash: 16MB QSPI
  • PSRAM: 8MB (CS on GP47, cuttable trace)
  • GPIO: 48 (8× ADC capable)
  • Regulator Output: 3.3V @ 300mA max
  • Input Voltage: 3V–5.5V (VB pin)
  • Dimensions: 25.4 × 25.4 × 3.6 mm
  • Pin Spacing: 2.54mm (0.1")

Package Contents

  • 1× PGA2350 Board
Note: Header pins sold separately (64 pins needed for full population). To program via USB, connect VB, GND, U+, and U- to a USB breakout. For BOOTSEL mode, connect BS pin to ground while plugging in USB.
