The Raspberry Pi PoE+ HAT powers your Raspberry Pi directly from a Power over Ethernet network, eliminating the need for a separate power supply. Meeting IEEE 802.3at Type 1 (PoE+) specifications, it delivers up to 25.5W over standard CAT5 cabling—enough to power your Pi and connected peripherals.
The HAT includes a temperature-controlled brushless fan that automatically adjusts speed based on processor temperature via I²C. No modification to your Raspberry Pi is required—simply attach the HAT, connect Ethernet, and you're powered.
